Medical Oversight & Business Structure

Thrive Infusions & MedSpa operates under a Management Services Organization (MSO) model in accordance with Washington State regulations.

All clinical services and medical decision-making are provided under the authority of independent licensed healthcare providers through their respective Professional Limited Liability Companies (PLLCs):

• Integrative Mental Health PNW, PLLC, under the direction of Nicole Lewis, ND, oversees IV therapy services and related clinical protocols 
• NW Behavioral Health Collaborative, PLLC, under the direction of Vanessa Hutton, APRN, oversees aesthetic services, including neuromodulators and microneedling 

These licensed providers and their respective PLLCs are solely responsible for:

• Clinical protocols and treatment decisions 
• Medical supervision and delegation 
• Patient care standards and clinical oversight 

Thrive Wellbeing LLC provides non-clinical management and administrative services, including:

• Scheduling and client coordination 
• Marketing and branding 
• Business operations and support services 
• Facility and administrative management 

Thrive Wellbeing LLC does not provide medical care or make clinical decisions.

Clinical services are performed by licensed healthcare professionals operating under the supervision and delegation of the appropriate Medical Director through their respective PLLCs.

Nursing services are provided by independently contracted registered nurses in accordance with approved protocols and applicable scope of practice.
