All new clients complete a brief Good Faith Medical Exam at the start of their first appointment. The $30 fee is added to your first visit and is valid for one year once medically cleared.
All patients receiving medical services complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) in accordance with Washington State requirements.
Good Faith Exams are performed by licensed Washington State Nurse Practitioners operating under the appropriate clinical entity (PLLC).

All clinical services offered through Thrive Infusions & MedSpa are provided by or under the supervision of independently owned medical practices.
IV therapy services are provided by or under the direction of Integrative Mental Health PNW, PLLC, a Washington-licensed professional limited liability company, under the medical direction of a licensed naturopathic physician.
Aesthetic services, including neuromodulator treatments (Xeomin®) and medical microneedling, are provided by or under the direction of NW Behavioral Health Collaborative, PLLC, a Washington-licensed professional limited liability company, under the medical direction of a licensed nurse practitioner.
Thrive Wellbeing LLC, operating as Thrive Infusions & MedSpa, is a non-clinical management services organization (MSO) and does not provide medical care. Thrive Wellbeing LLC facilitates scheduling, administrative support, and business operations on behalf of the above medical practices.
All clinical care, treatment decisions, and supervision are the sole responsibility of the respective PLLC and its licensed providers.
